Here are some of the things companies in general look for, and localization managers specifically value when interviewing candidates. We don’t just want smart answers, we want smart, thoughtful questions. The more responsibility your job requires, or the scrappier the role is, the more interesting and incisive those questions should be. Show your hiring manager you are curious, you focus on the key aspects of the scope, you recognize areas where you need more knowledge, *and* that you are not afraid to ask and get that information from them in order to be more effective and have more impact!

Today I completed a 6-month intensive web development bootcamp at Le Wagon France! 🎉 Full of pride and excitement at slowly transitioning towards an engineer role at Skillshare, who have fully supported me in this process of growth, and made it seamless for me to redefine my role within the company.
