The AC is awful. The ship is always warm. The only comfortable/cool spots are your cabin and 8 aft near Guy’s Pig & Anchor. The elevators have NO AC, and the wait time to even get one is long. Best cruise ever - staff on boat were phenomenal - especially Christian at the coffee shop and Henry in housekeeping - amazing people ! All staff kind courteous and attentive - boat was spotless! We cruised to the Bahamas 6/6/24- 6/10/24. The total cost of my trip was around $4,000. Upon arrival, there were two single beds for three passengers. We immediately reported this to guest services. As a result, our third passenger was given a cot to sleep on. When the flimsy cot broke near the bottom, we said nothing. The second night it broke in the middle, making it even more uncomfortable.

I’ve been on other carnival cruises and this one was the absolute worst ship. This ships lacks things to do for entertainment both for adults and teens. The food was mediocre but worst of all this ship smells like crap, literally poo. Our room smelled so bad we had to switch rooms even after they said it was fixed.
