Try resetting your password. Here's how:

1. Go to HBOMax.com/forgot-password.
2. Enter your account email and then choose Submit.
3. Check your inbox for a 'Reset Your HBOMax Password' email sent by HBOMax. This email should arrive within a few minutes.
   

   No reset password email?

   This means the email you entered isn't in use by an HBOMax account. Do you have another email address? Repeat these steps for each of your email addresses. Need help? See Can't reset password

4. Open the 'Reset Your HBOMax Password' email and choose Reset Password.
5. Enter a new password and then choose Save Password.

Now sign in to HBOMax using your account email and new password.

Sometimes we'll ask you to solve a puzzle to help keep your account secure. If you're having trouble with the Captcha puzzle challenge, choose Try another puzzle or Restart to start the challenge over.

You can also choose Audio Challenge to secure your account another way.

5. Choose your profile and you're ready to stream.

If you get this message do one of the following:

• Sign In: Choose Sign In and enter your account email and password. Need help? See Can't sign in.
• Create Account: Choose Create Account and finish creating your account. Once your account is complete, you can sign in on other devices.

On your Samsung TV:

1. Open HBOMax on your TV and then choose the Profile icon . If you're already signed in, see How do I sign out?
2. Choose Sign In. Stay on the screen with the 6-character code. You'll use this code to finish signing in on your phone or computer.

Now, on your phone or computer:

4. Enter the 6-character code from your TV and choose Next. Code not working?

Go back to your TV, choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.

On your TV device:

2. Choose Sign In. Stay on the screen with the 6-character code. You'll use this code to finish signing in on your phone or computer.

Now, on your phone or computer:

   Xbox console: You can use your phone's camera to scan the QR code on your TV.

Go back to your TV, choose who's watching and you're ready to stream.

Here are some things to try:

• Enter the code from your TV at hbomax.com/activate on your computer instead of your phone (or vice versa).
• Try using a different web browser: Chrome, FireFox, Microsoft Edge, or Safari.
• Try clearing your browser data. Here's how:
  • iPhone or iPad: On your iOS device, go to Settings > Safari, then scroll down and tap Clear History and Website Data. To learn more, go to Clear Safari.
  • Android phone: Try clearing your Chrome browsing data on your Android device. To find out how to do this, see Clear cache & cookies.

Try signing in on another supported device (phone, tablet, or computer). If you can't sign in on another device, reset your password. Here's how:
