At Xfinity store trying to get someone to help step me through activation since their phone app doesn’t work as hoped. I’m very close to a complete meltdown rn, and the very nice rich lady who flipped me off and screamed at me for driving a UHaul in her neighborhood didn’t help.

@comcast excited to setup my new Nighthawk @NETGEARgaming @NETGEAR Modem but it couldn’t be activated, and now my old modem cannot be activated…Support says I have to wait 24/hrs to add the original modem back?? So guess I’m not working tomorrow?? 🤔🤬

Our internet service has been crappy lately. Luckily, Xfinity customer support is great. Technicians who climb ladders during rainstorms (poor guys), shiny new replacement equipment, and even money back in my pocket as an apology. Could be worse. 😎

@Xfinity you're maintenance team has been taking down our neighborhood all week with no heads up at all which as a former tech for your company I'm pretty sure that's not company policy. Our service has been out all day again and your app says there is no work going on. Fix it.

I wanted to start renting an @Xfinity modem to get the best speed for my service but the lady called me and said I had to spend $25/mo otherwise they would cut my data at a certain point. NOT speed but AMOUNT of data. No thanks, Comcast. I’ll roll the dice with my own equipment.
